Luncheon Information

Members are invited to our monthly program, typically held in the Frontier Conference Center on the 2nd Wednesday of each month (unless otherwise specified) at a cost of $12 (cash or check only). Prices were increased by $2 this year to facilitate improved menu choices as well as to cover the cost of services now provided by the FCC (room rental, set-up and tear-down, linens, table settings, etc.)  Reservations are required.

Please send your reservation requests by noon on the Friday prior to the event via
email reservations@flsc.biz or phone(Reservations contact information to be published). Cancellations made after this date and no-shows will be charged the luncheon price, as we are responsible for paying the caterers for all meals ordered.

Infants in carriers under 6 months are welcome, otherwise childcare is the responsibility of the individual members. The CDC fills their reservations on luncheon dates quickly, so call ahead. They will book up to 6 months in advance and need only 1 hour notice of cancellation.
If the CDC is booked, they will provide on-site luncheon care.  To reserve on-site care, you must make your reservation and pre-pay at the CDC.  Remember to specifically ask for luncheon care.  CDC phone is 684-9351. More CDC information HERE.

Luncheon information is also posted monthly in the Sunflower Newsletter and in the Lamp and Leavenworth Times publications. Luncheons are cancelled due to weather according to the Fort Leavenworth and Leavenworth school districts closures (not always Lansing schools). The programs and/or locations are subject to change based on availability of the FCC.

Would you like to be a vendor at one of our luncheons? Table fee is $15 for FLSC members and $30 for non-members. Non-profit and on-post organization may request a table and will not be charged a table fee. For information email 1st VP, Angie Engel, at vicepresident@flsc.biz.
